easyJet cabin crew strike threat

There’s speculation that easyJet staff are planning industrial action this summer.

City A.M. is reporting that cabin crew are planning to walk out after a breakdown in negotiations over pay – a dispute that has been running for some months.

Although Unite union is expected to give easyJet seven days notice of strike action, it claims there is still scope for negotiations to continue.

easyJet, however, is reassuring its passengers that no industrial action is currently planned and that it is confident it will operate its full summer flight schedule.

More information will be posted when we receive it.
